ITINERARY

Arrival in Lanzarote and a warm welcome from your tour guide. After a brief overview of the itinerary, transfer to your seaside hotel in Costa Teguise, where you can relax and enjoy the enchanting surroundings.
Check-in to your room, followed by a moment of relaxation by the pool or a first walk on the beach.
Welcome dinner at the hotel restaurant, where you will discover local specialties.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning departure to visit the Cactus Garden, a park located in the former Guatiza quarry in the municipality of Teguise.
This garden is a magnificent example of architectural integration into the landscape. César Manrique designed this bold architectural complex while maintaining the unwavering connection between art and nature, present in all his works.

Next, exploration of Jameos del Agua:
Jameos del Agua, like Cueva de los Verdes, is inside a volcanic tube created by the eruption of the Corona Volcano. Jameos del Agua is in the section of this tunnel closest to the coast. It is named after an underground lake, a unique geological formation. Located below sea level, it was created by water filtration.

Lunch in Haria, known as the "village of a thousand palm trees," where you will enjoy local dishes in a charming setting.

In the afternoon, visit Mirador del Río.
Located in the north of Lanzarote, this masterpiece is perched on a high cliff. From its vast protected platform, you can admire three small islets—the Chinijo Archipelago—separated from Lanzarote by the strait that gives its name to the viewpoint. The largest of them, La Graciosa, features magnificent volcanic cones and a palette of ochre and beige tones. The combination of these islets, the sea, the sky, and the dramatic cliff conveys a sense of grandeur and freedom.

Return to the hotel in the late afternoon for some free time before dinner.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, set out to explore the volcanic landscapes of the island’s south.

First stop at Las Salinas to observe the historic salt flats and learn about their economic significance for the island.

Continue to El Golfo for a stop at Lago Verde (Green Lake), one of the most spectacular places in the Canary Islands. This dramatic landscape was sculpted by fire, sea, and wind. The true name of Lago Verde is “La Laguna de los Clicos.” It is an amphitheater-like crater that formed after the 1730 eruptions. The green lagoon is actually part of a volcano’s crater, visible when imagining the cone intact.

Next, visit Timanfaya National Park.
The Fire Mountains of Timanfaya are part of a vast area affected by volcanic eruptions between 1730 and 1736, and later in 1824. This extended eruptive process was one of the most significant and spectacular volcanic events in recorded history.
A 5,000-hectare volcanic site, Timanfaya still exhibits volcanic activity. You will visit the park by coach, as access is strictly regulated, but the experience is still breathtaking: petrified lava flows, deep crevices, and craters where nature has yet to reclaim the land.

Lunch at a panoramic restaurant in the heart of the volcanoes, where you can watch chicken being grilled over volcanic heat.

In the afternoon, return via La Geria, a wine region where vines grow in volcanic ash. Enjoy a wine tasting at a local vineyard and discover the region’s unique cultivation techniques.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, board a ferry for a five-hour crossing to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Lunch on board while enjoying views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Upon arrival, meet your guide at the port and transfer to your beachfront hotel in Las Canteras.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning departure to the south of the island.
First stop at the Maspalomas Dunes, a unique natural area in the Canary Islands, famous for its beauty and diverse ecosystem. This 400-hectare reserve includes a stunning beach, rolling sand dunes, a palm grove, and a saltwater lagoon—an incredible mix of desert and oasis.

Continue to Puerto Mogán and the Guadayeque Ravines.
Guayadeque is a hidden gem of Gran Canaria, a 15-kilometer-long valley with a rugged landscape covered in native vegetation. The ravine is known for its famous cave houses, natural caves converted into homes, tourist accommodations, and even restaurants, offering a dreamlike experience.

Lunch and a visit to Aguimes, a small but charming town with a well-preserved old center featuring narrow medieval streets and ochre-colored houses. The town is dominated by the imposing Parish Church of San Sebastián, one of the best examples of neoclassical Canary Islands architecture.

Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, head north. First stop: Arucas, known for its vast banana plantations and rum production dating back to the 19th century. Stroll through its neoclassical streets and visit the neo-Gothic Church of San Juan.

Tour a renowned Canary Islands rum distillery.

On the way back, visit La Orotava, a picturesque town known for its colorful facades, wooden balconies, and cobbled streets. Explore its historic center before returning to the hotel.
