Data collected and purposes
When you request a quote, we process your name, email address, type of trip, number of participants, preferred dates and the information you provide in your message. If you contact us by telephone or WhatsApp, we also process the contact details and information you share with us. These data are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare your trip and follow up on our communications.
The information required for an enquiry or booking enables us to prepare the quote and perform the services. Without essential contact details or information, we cannot reply or organise the trip. Avoid sending identity documents, banking information or health data through the general form; if such information is necessary, we will provide an appropriate procedure.
Legal bases
Preparing a quote and organising a trip are based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and performance of the contract. Retaining supporting documents required by law is based on our legal obligations. Website security and management of general enquiries are based on our legitimate interest in ensuring our business operates properly. Optional cookies and commercial communications requiring your agreement are based on your consent, which you may withdraw.
Recipients
Information is accessible to those handling your enquiry and, for booked services, the relevant partners: accommodation providers, carriers, guides and activity providers, limited to the information necessary. Our technical providers may process data for hosting, email and website operation. The website is hosted by Hostinger and uses CookieYes to manage cookie preferences.
Cookies and third-party services
The website includes Google tools and the Meta pixel, which may process browsing information such as IP addresses, pages viewed, browser characteristics and interactions for measurement and advertising purposes. Optional cookies are subject to your choice in the banner. You can accept, reject or customise the categories offered and change your choice through the cookie manager. Rejecting optional cookies must not prevent access to the website’s information.
When you open WhatsApp or a link to a third-party service, that service also applies its own privacy policy. Depending on the services and providers, processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Transfers must rely on a mechanism authorised by the GDPR, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Retention
Enquiry data are retained while your project is processed and followed up, then deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary, unless there is a legal justification for retention. For bookings, we retain the necessary data during performance of the contract and the retention or limitation periods applicable to accounting and tax obligations and the defence of rights. Cookies and consent choices follow the periods specified by the cookie manager and the services concerned.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or the competent authority where you reside. Processing of your travel enquiry is not based on a solely automated decision producing legal effects.
